We started SwiftTally Tasks because we lived the problem every day: important tasks buried in email threads, half-finished lists in three different apps, and that nagging feeling that something was slipping through the cracks.
Why we built this
Modern work is fragmented. Tasks live in Slack messages, email flags, sticky notes, calendar reminders, and half a dozen apps — each promising to be “the one.” The result? Mental overhead, missed deadlines, and constant context-switching.
We set out to build the opposite: a single, clean workspace where every task — personal or professional, solo or shared — lives in one place. No clutter. No learning curve. Just the right features, thoughtfully designed, so you can focus on getting things done.
